so in short, if http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/builds/staging/jbosstools-build-sites.aggregate.site_4.2.luna/all/repo/ is the internal build url used for publishing 4.2.x and http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/builds/staging/jbosstools-build-sites.aggregate.site_master.luna/all/repo/ was the old one then yes this is what makes sense to put here as a composite site (or symbolic link but thats less easier to track)
