When JBT is still in Beta and JBT-IS too:
* Set jboss.is.update.url to http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/development in ide-config.properties
* Make http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/development also reference JBT-IS development site

When JBT is released and JBT-IS is still in Beta
* Update JBT-IS discovery jar to add Early-Access
* Set jboss.is.update.url to JBT-IS develpment site
* Remove JBT-IS development site from http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/releases/luna

When JBT is released and JBT-IS too
* Update JBT-IS discovery to remove Early Access
* Add JBT-IS release site to http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/releases/luna
* Set jboss.is.update.url to http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/releases/luna in ide-config.properties
