The sample works fine on Windows and Ubuntu. However it works weird on Mac Os. The following pop-up is shown when user grants permission to  the app  - http://snag.gy/tEIMD.jpg
The workaround is to specify the port for *'redirect uri'*. I have added a comment for that [line of code|https://github.com/ibuziuk/google-api-oauth-phonegap/blob/master/www/js/index.js#L103]. 
Moreover some users faced the same issue on devices -http://a.disquscdn.com/uploads/mediaembed/images/1088/4389/original.jpg. Basically I think this is not a vital problem cause the workaround exists and specifying the port is allowed according to the [documentation|https://developers.google.com/accounts/docs/OAuth2InstalledApp#choosingredirecturi].
