to be clear, this placement of the cheatsheet was caused by us having some nasty custom init of the eclipse workbench that change the default behavior.

If you want the cheatsheet *inside* a view then you can simply drag it into that view after it have been opened and it will then keep opening up there until you start a new workspace.
