Both europe and US I assume is already pretty well connected to the datacenter in phoenix for jboss org thus 25% seems like a good deal.

What matters is more how much Asia/China/India speed increases AND how much the speed is affected during peak hours. My guess is that is where the effect of Akamai will be noticed.

Not sure how we can test that though ;)
