I assume it is not even clean worksapce but simply a restart of eclipse ? i bet re-creating the console configuration would fix it too.

moving of CR2 since this is "old" beheavior when you start mixing multiple jar versions at the same time in one console lifetime - we should fix this but requires different architecture thus not for Cr2.
