so here is what I see:

Install hybrid from central.

run cordova sim and I get a p2 ui that says everything is installed *except* ""JBoss Tools Mobile Browser Simulator" is already installed, so an update will be performed instead."

The version installed from central directly is: 
  JBoss Tools Mobile Browser Simulator	3.6.0.CR2-v20141003-2147-B29	org.jboss.tools.vpe.browsersim.feature.feature.group	JBoss by Red Hat

but what i'm being offered to install is:

JBoss Tools Mobile Browser Simulator	3.6.0.CR2-v20141010-0241-B31

7 days difference on the timestamp.
