The plugins we have in 4.41.0.CR2-SNAPSHOT TP for Equinox are the same that those bundled with Luna SR1. So JBDS does contain this bug. However, it seems like so far, our bundles don't enter in a state where this bug is an issue.
There is no relationship with BIDE-18571.
