Rejected as we cannot include .x maintenance builds / rollup patches in JBDS due to subscription model (they're non-free).

Thus for reference, we can only include .0 builds in JBDS installer. 

I agree, however, that the QE test plan needs to include testing the USE of EAP 6.3.x. Similarly, we should have unit tests for the Server component to ensure it works w/ the latest updates. cc & apologies to: [~rob.stryker] :D
