This is fixed in Developer Tool Set that includes Eclipse Kepler for RHEL 6.6.
original bug is https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1132505

It does not affect Helios because Helios probably does not use Cairo (http://cairographics.org/)

Kepler upstream at eclipse.org does not have the fix and will not receive it.

Based on that I see following possible (unverified/untested) solutions:
Users install DTS ("yum install devtoolset-3-ide" and install JBDS BYOE on it - needs to be tested

Users upgrade to devstudio 8 - will be missing integration stack until it is updated.
