and yes ,Beta3 seem to have a bug: https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-server/blob/jbosstools-4.2.0.Beta3x/jmx/plugins/org.jboss.tools.jmx.ui/src/org/jboss/tools/jmx/ui/UIExtensionManager.java#L157 is index out of bouncing.

Fixed https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-server/commit/3126690112d37a1b2e2d0593b050e2183c1a1648#diff-57918da969cfb7351d13726578dd9dbcR210 on 29th august.

via this jira https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBIDE-18183 that was done on request from Lars/Fuse - thus I don't think this was ever intended to run on JBDS 8 Beta3.
