I believe what you're asking is to change what's on tools.jboss.org to match what's in use on www.jboss.org. 

However, IMHO, the "short urls" in use on www.jboss.org are wrong, and should be fixed to use the FULL URLs that we use on tools.jboss.org. See DEVELOPER-623 for where I reported this issue back in May 2014. Still waiting on [~pmuir] to do some back end improvements as of Sept 2014.
