yes, I say devstudio download urls that we have [1] should be the same used on jboss.org/products/devstudio/download.

[1] http://tools.jboss.org/downloads/devstudio/kepler/7.1.1.GA.html

especially it seems wrong we have eloqua part in our urls - does that not trigger double counting ?
