nick - this jira is about making the urls we use the same URL's and/or at least do not trigger wrongful double eloqua hits. 

Can you please use DEVELOPER-623 or another issue about issues with the current required naming conventions that are related but does not block fixing the issue with us using inconsistent ways to refer to the urls.
