    Steps to Reproduce: 
1. ASSERT: make sure you're using JBoss Tools 4.2.0.Final
2. EXEC: Open OpenShift New Application Wizard: File -> New -> Other... -> OpenShift Application
3. EXEC: Provide your access credentials
4. EXEC: Click the "Quickstarts" cathegory

Result: 
there are no quickstarts listed.
