Title: Add a RESTful Web Service

The final step in this section reads:

Open a new Web Browser and in the address bar of the Web Browser enter http://localhost:8080/ticket-monster/rest/events. This shows the output of the new RESTful endpoint. 

Suggestions for improvement:
