Hey [~nmoore] -
I think the immediate issue is to simply convert the existing 7.0.3.GA JBDSIS release notes ([3] above) into a CSP version. I don't know what the procedure is for that (does docs create a ticket to update the CSP?). As for the extended procedure mentioned above - it appears great but I'd bet there would be a fair amount of angst re-opening all of those Jiras. I also don't have the authority to get the component owners to accept this procedure.
