I tried to verify the issue on JBT 4.2.0 cr1. 

For the first time, when I tried to add all the profiles, it took quite a long time (over a minute), the mouse cursor was funny and the progress bar was either hidden behind dialogs or appeard when I closed launch dialog (video 1)

However, I was not able to reproduce this again. When I now try to add all profiles (on clean workspace, I deleted all org.* artefacts from maven) it takes only seconds to add the profiles (video 2)

Do you have any idea why it took so long for the first time and how to reproduce it again?
