[~kmarmaliykov] Thanks, that's the root cause of the issue. Yes, this file has to be manually updated, but it causes issues for things such as artifacts we build every milestone. It can be easily forgotten (cf current issue). We need to find out a better way of handling JBT bundles in discovery site.
Fix will simply be to update the TP and rebuild/rerelease central discovery site.
