Browsersim and cordovasim are not vpe plugins. The only thing they have from vpe is package naming(only because it was a part of vpe repo). BrowserSim version was raised because of adding some features in Alpha1-Alpha2 that requires version bump. But Cordavasim doesn't have big cool features like this. That's why I decide not to bump Cordovasim version.
