Origin is https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-discovery/commit/3ebc96967f5a1f6a8b32f05f5d04e6ddc9986a47 , which added depdency of these features, which are available in JBT site but not in JBDS. So we need to add those features to the jbtcentralearlyaccess target definition.
