[~maxandersen] I don't understand why is working for you. I've attached an screenshot with also the output error. 

Are you using versio 2.5 on the web.xml? If I change it to 3.0 the poc is deployed ok.

Btw, are you using SpringToolSuite 3.6 (based on Eclipse 4.4)?

I've installed the nightly version but have you tried with lastest beta version?
