One more thing. I was reading an article about Mac icons (http://applehelpwriter.com/tag/iconutil/), they recommend to start with 1024x1024. Of course it is not critical, but if we can it is better to do this.

[~james.cobb],  what the source resolution we have? Could you make 1024x1024 or share the source?
