Verified with JBDS 8.0.0.CR1-v20140831-0335-B201

As [~xcoulon] stated in JBIDE-17296 ??if the project has no endpoint, it is useless to warn the user that there is no JAX-RS Application in the project.??, the No JAX-RS Activator warning is showed only if there is JAX-RS element in the project.
