I didn't set a fix version for this one because it's not really all that important - depends on your business. It's just a bit ugly is all.

> When you create a deploy-only server, it has "Externally managed" checked by default - meaning there are no start/stop commands. When you open the launch config, there is an error that the start command cannot be empty. This is obviously irrelevant when the server is externally managed.
