The following curl command fails with a 404:

curl -u rob.stryker:password -H "Accept: application/xml" -H "Content-Type: application/xml" -v  https://www.jboss.org/download-manager/jdf/file/jboss-eap-6.3.0.GA-installer.jar

I suspect we may need to get [~dhladky] input on this
