Steps to Reproduce:
# EXEC: create a new EAP 6.3 server
# EXEC: in page1 of the wizard: switch Local->Remote
# ASSRT: "Finish" is disabled
# EXEC: in page1 of the wizard: switch "Filesystem and shell operations"->"Management Operations"
# ASSERT: "Finish" is enabled

# EXEC: hit "Finish"
(sidenote: if you had switched to page2 - instead of going "Finish" you would have seen the missing home and "Finish" would be disabled)

Result:
You created a remote server without a home directory. If you launch the server you'll now end up with the server failing to launch with the following:
