Now I 100% sure that it's a JDK 8 javaFx issue. I have created a project on pure javaFx and got the same problem - http://screencast.com/t/XeH1jz9g
So, I do believe that we should:
1. Report the issue to the jfx team
2. Create a hack for Cordovasim - check if ionic is injected, and relayout shell on every single mouse click.
