JSPMultipageEditor requests outline page implementation from visual editor. Now it is VpvEditorPart instead of VpeEditorPart. 
VpeEditorPart got outline page from source page. VpvEditorPart does not override method getAdapter(Class) so that Eclipse tries to provide adapters through adapter manager. Is VpvEditorPart designed in this way, or method getAdapter(Class) should be implemented?
