I have added Google play services plugin from git repo mentioned in previous comment and also aerogear push plugin to default hybrid mobile application. There where no error markers on project and project run with CordovaSim without problems.

Is it sufficient test scenario to close this Jira or I have to use more complicated test project? If I need some test project could you provide one please?
