If you look at http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/configuration/ide-config.properties you'll see that for 4.2.0.CR1, discovery site is http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/discovery/development/4.2.0.CR1b/ which links to

All those sites contain the correct B68, so either it's working, or it's failing but for a different reason


*For JBoss Developer Studio:*
Site https://devstudio.redhat.com/updates/8.0.0/jboss-devstudio-8.0.0.CR1b-updatesite-central/ contains a B61 of angularjs (it was not correctly updated as part of respin-b). I'll fix the site to link to newer Central content.
