Let me add more details : 
AngularJS is activated but some it's dependencies aren't. I'm pretty sure that Tern is not activated, for this reason  the AngularJSExplorer view is not working and in the properties of my project I miss the "tern" section in which I can add the location of my scripts (needed for code assist).
