early access list contain versions, so if a feature was early access and is now supported, then new version is supported and older one is early access. See what a file can look like: http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/discovery/development/4.2.0.CR1b/jbosstools-earlyaccess.properties
I'm not opposed to manual edition of that file, but I have the feeling this can be automated and deduced from other sources.
