Victor, I tell me that Tern IDE should provide a new extension point to provide custom script path.  

We could use this script path extension point to use JSDT Build Path and declare it inside tern.eclipse.ide.jsdt. After that user is enable to define Build Path with JSDT and uses it for tern.

What do you think about this idea?
