[~maxandersen] Tern provides the ability to configure project/folders/files that are to be used in its calculations. But it's not configured automatically. This is for manual configuration in cases when the scripts couldn't be addressed (resolved) through <script src="..." /> tag attributes and so on.

But this preference isn't configured automatically by Tern's JSDT adapter.
