since only for JBDS and only happen on what to seem to be open file actions I've moved it to JBDS, updated title and raised priority.

This one is really weird and blocks release since with this none of our cheatsheets works anymore.

[~snjeza] worth trying to install JBDS into existing eclipse to see if its our eclipse packaging that is causing something ?
