Composite files for staging/luna were updated to point to the new URL for 4.2.0.CR1(b) under http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/static/releases/jbosstools-4.2.0.CR1-updatesite-core/
I added a note to the release doc to remember to update the staging/luna location as well.

[~mmalina]: Can you please check whether current situation is more satisfying?
