A) it is critical we make sure the features installed when using central are proper

B) I assume this is about when installing Hybrid Mobile Tools (since there is no cordovasim connector) thus this is not about wether something requires it - it is wether it makes sense to have VPE installed when you use hybrid mobile tools. 
Thus my question would be - who added this connector, who asked for it to be there and if not VPE how are they going to use our html5 editing capabilities ?
