no, the paths of the runtime is not important in this context.

The main problem is if you have two of our products the version number is added at the end and "JBoss Enterprise Application Platform 5" and ""JBoss Enterprise Application Platform 6" is rather horrible names having to read to distinguish them from each other.

There jboss-eap 5 and jboss-eap 6 is much better.
