We could filter out the deprecated standalone and embedded cartridges. When editing embedded cartridges we would have to add them back to the list to have them showing up. But we'd have to disallow editing them (ex. via error dialog or by re-check them immediately when the user unchecks them. I dont think that one can disable items in a checkbox table), .
