Proposed JBTIS TP modifications are are follows:

   1.  Pick up the org.eclipse.birt.feature.group for use in Teiid
   2.  Update to Luna SR1

   3.  Update JBoss Tools core target dependencies to CR1

   4.  Update orbit requirements to 2014
