* JBIDE-17018: Enable dependencies validation
* JBDS-3034, JBIDE-18035, JBIDE-18141, JBIDE-18273: Include latest Tern 0.6.0.201409041810 (now in JBDS TP too)
* JBIDE-17909, JBIDE-18116, JBIDE-18137, JBIDE-18272, JBIDE-18310: Include latest THyM

Changes for CR1 in Central TP:

* JBDS-2956: bump up from Spring IDE 3.5.0 (Kepler) to 3.6.0 (Luna)
* JBDS-2956: add org.aspectj.weaver and org.eclipse.equinox.weaving.hook to TP
* JBIDE-17690: Added Forge bundles to Central TP for JBDS
* JBDS-3139, JBDS-3115, JBIDE-18249: Include Ionic palette in Central

Changes for CR1 in Early Access TP:

* JBIDE-18035: update EA TP to include latest Tern and AngularJS 0.4.0.x
* JBIDE-18141: update to latest Tern and AngularJS 0.5.0 from 08/27 and 08/28 [note, should probably have been bumped to AngularJS 0.6.0, to match what's in JBT/JBDS TP above - see JBIDE-18422]
* JBDS-3138, JBDS-3139: Added jst.jsdt and jst.angularjs features to EA TP
