Only problem with this solution is that the CR2 bits now linked from https://devstudio.redhat.com/updates/8.0-staging/ don't actually exist there yet. 

So we should be using that server instead of http://www.qa.jboss.com/binaries/RHDS/ in future to push staging bits. See JBDS-3163.
