It happens only once on new workspace for me. I use default ionic app created by 

{code}ionic start myApp tabs{code}

try attached [^myApp3.zip] and follow steps in the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OmX2SLcZ1XQ&feature=youtu.be.
