Historically, master moves to next year's Eclipse train and 8.0.x / 8.1 are built from the 4.2.x branch. So... yes. Might as well move up to 9.0 in master. Or else 8.5? 

Either way I've disabled the central target platform build job in master branch so it won't conflict w/ the stuff being built in the 4.2.luna branch.
