Rob, I have bunch of java related folders there like different jvm's, tons of JBossAS/eclipse/etc installations. There is no /home/eskimo/data/Java/standalone folder, but I have disk partition mounted at /home/eskimo/data. So most likely it is causing validation problems see attached 'Disks' app screenshot for details !data-folder-config.png!.
