Hmm, that seems strange. 
The truth is that there is no rt.jar in the jdk.
But maybe it has been reorganized and is somewhere else now? And Eclipse is not yet fully ready? But I don't really know where it could be.
Like in the case of javafx (JBIDE-19050).
