How much non-lazy initialization will cost us: 

Opening Visual/Source Tab *without* initialization of Preview tab:
First opened = 1361
>From 2 to 100 openings:
Average time = 201
Minimum time = 149
Maximum time = 935

Opening Visual/Source Tab *with* initialization of Preview tab:
First opened = 1866
>From 2 to 100 openings:
Average time = 252
Minimum time = 187
Maximum time = 1093
