Following JBDS-3354, org.jboss.tools.jsf.feature references org.jboss.tools.jsf.vpe.seam. 

We should severe that dependency and move org.jboss.tools.jsf.vpe.seam under the seam module, either directly under the seam feature or a separate seam vpe feature. In the later case, it should be added to the seam connector in Central
