OK, so release process now pushes the JBDS update site & discovery sites to devstudio.redhat.com. Installers remain on www.qa. 

Still to do:

* make the target platform and Central/EA jobs ALSO push bits directly to devstudio.redhat.com/9.0/snapshots/
* update release process when pushing to QE to simply copy/rename these bits from /snapshots/ to /staging/.
